The PFI Journal has entered a new era. Re-titled as The PPP Journal, we aim to provide our readership with interesting and informed debates on wider procurement issues both domestically and internationally. We have redesigned the internal layout to include a news section, a central focus area that takes a detailed look at a specific subject area; and, a third that comprises a variety of market developments and opinion pieces.
The publication is also advised by an editorial board - a group whose experience stretches across both the public and private sector and who are well known within PPP. They are:
• Chris Wilson, former executive director, 4ps;
• Stephen Dance, head of major projects group, Partnerships UK;
• Stephen Matthew, partner, Nabarro
• Robert Osborne, managing director, Navigant Consulting;
• Jonathan Stewart, managing director, Gleeds;
• Dr Tim Stone, partner, corporate finance, KPMG,
Recent top contributors include:
• Ed Balls, Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families
• Tim Byles, chief executive, Partnerships for Schools
• Andy Carty, head of European PPP Expertise Centre
