We currently have opportunities for Events Sales Executives to sell on the Events that publicservice.co.uk own and have as part of their growing portfolio. The Events Sales Executives get great training and first class management support plus ongoing development. Your role is to contact Senior Directors at national and international organisations, worldwide, on the telephone, conduct negotiations and conclude the selling process.

All our Events Sales Executives enjoy the benefit of basic salaries, an unrivalled commission structure, a professional office environment, a company pension scheme and a good work-life balance, 9-5 Mon-Fri, within an office environment. The average of our Events Sales Executives earns average of 40k, however, our top earners earn in excess of over 100k.
Experience at selling Events space is not essential, but what is essential is either general sales experience, or alternatively, having used communication and negotiating skills previously. We are looking for people who can demonstrate :- tenacity; determination; excellent researcher and somebody who always wants to be personally striving for excellence and to be the best person that they can in that role. The successful candidate ought to be able to research their own project, and then complete the negotiations on the phone.
Successful candidates need to have a good knowledge of what is happening in the National News on a daily basis. They need to be particularly interested about what is happening in Public Sector. The Hours are extremely Family-friendly: Monday to Friday 9-5, no evenings, no weekends and no Bank Holidays ever worked.
Obviously applicants need to live and work in the UK and could attend an interview in Manchester city centre and be happy working in the office at that location.
