Answer: The articles are PDF files and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. This can be downloaded from www.adobe.com.

Question: The articles take a long time to download?

Answer: Some of them have large file sizes. We recommend that you use a fast connection like Broadband or ADSL, though not essential to open articles it will improve your viewing quality.
